Key Requirements and Skills

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV system operations and technical support, preferably within a school or institutional environment.
3. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Be capable of monitoring live and recorded CCTV footage and identifying suspicious activities, safety concerns, or incidents requiring attention.
5. Ensure the continuous operation of CCTV systems and other electronic security equipment.
6. Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, access control systems, alarms, and related hardware.
7. Work closely with the IT and security teams to maintain effective security coverage across the campus.
8. Ensure that CCTV operations comply with relevant data protection and school safeguarding policies.
9. Adhere to applicable privacy laws and ethical standards when handling sensitive information captured through surveillance systems.
