  • Have obtained at least 70% in the 2025 National Examination results.

3. Master’s Degree Programs

4. PhD Programs

  • Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC, indicating the program the candidate wishes to study.

  • Last high school year transcript for Diploma and Bachelor’s applicants.
  • Previous university-level transcript for Master’s and PhD applicants.
  • Copy of the certificate or degree from the recently completed level of study.
